Maybe you’re not broken, maybe you’re exhausted……
You’ve spent years being the person everyone can rely on - the mum, partner, daughter, friend, colleague, organiser and strong one. You’ve looked after everyone else, kept everything going and somehow lost sight of yourself along the way. Now you might be wondering, Who am I now? What do I actually want? Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?
Midlife can be a time of huge change, reflection and uncertainty. You may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, struggling with boundaries or questioning relationships, work or the direction your life is taking. And sometimes, you simply know that something needs to change - even if you’re not quite sure what.
This is where The Midlife Reset begins.
A space to slowdown, understand what’s really going on, reconnect with yourself and start working out what you want from the next chapter of your life. You don’t need fixing. You might simply need some time to hear yourself again.
My approach is about creating space to pause, reconnect and choose what’s next. If this sounds like it would be helpful to you, please book a free 20 minute telephone consultation.
How I can help….
20 Minute Telephone Consultation
Free
A chance to talk, ask questions and see if I’m the right therapist for you.
The 20 minute consultation gives you the opportunity to have a relaxed, no pressure conversation about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’re hoping to get from it.
Therapy doesn’t have to begin with knowing exactly what’s wrong or having all the answers. Sometimes you just know that you don’t quite feel like yourself or have reached a point where you want things to feel different.
50 Minute Therapy Session
£60
A dedicated space to slow down, understand yourself and begin making sense of what’s happening.
In our sessions, you’ll have a confidential space where you can talk openly without judgment. Together we can explore what’s happening for you, understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and begin to reconnect with your own needs, feelings and sense of self.
You might be struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, low self-worth, relationships, boundaries and major life change. Or perhaps you simply feel that something isn’t right and you’re not sure why.
You don’t need to know exactly where therapy will take you. We can work it out together.
50 Minute Walking Therapy
£75
Some people may find it overwhelming or uncomfortable to sit face to face with another individual and talk about their feelings and thoughts. Providing walking therapy allows us to be outside in nature and to feel more calm in order to discuss certain topics. Being in nature has many benefits and combining this with therapy can be hugely beneficial. Please contact me if you would like more information.
The increased cost of this session includes travel to a location 3 miles from Woking, Surrey.

Taking the first step towards therapy can feel daunting. You might be wondering what to say, whether therapy will help, or simply whether we’ll feel comfortable talking together. You may have had therapy before, or this might be the first time. Whatever your circumstance, please get in touch and take the first steps to reconnecting with yourself.
In order to ensure that we can work well together in the first instance, I complete a 20 minute telephone consultation. This is a space to discuss why you are seeking therapy now, and if I am the best person to help you. If you are a new client, please request a consultation before booking any sessions.
My
therapy ethos
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you don’t have to perform, have the answers or be the person everyone else needs you to be.
My approach is warm, compassionate and non-judgemental. I’m interested in you as a whole person, not just the problem that has brought you to therapy.
I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role isn’t to tell you what you should do or who you should be. Instead, I’ll walk alongside you, helping you explore what you’re feeling, understand yourself more deeply and make sense of patterns that may have developed over time.
I want you to feel listened to, respected and safe enough to be honest - including about the things that might feel difficult, uncomfortable or hard to put into words.
I particularly understand how easy it can be to lose yourself amongst the roles, responsibilities and expectations from life. Perhaps you’ve spent years being there for everyone else. Perhaps you’ve become good at coping, but underneath it all you’re tired, overwhelmed or wondering where you fit into your own life.
I see therapy as a chance to step away from the noise, expectations and constant demands for a while and ask yourself some important questions. This is about creating time to reconnect with yourself, understand what matters to you and feel more able to choose what comes next.
